Full refunds
We'll give you a full refund if:
- your payment went through but the content didn't unlock and we can't fix it, or
- you were charged twice for the same item.
Email jarl.b.jensen@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and include your Stripe receipt.
Other requests
Not satisfied? Ask within 14 days for a no-questions-asked refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually take 5–10 business days to appear. Access to refunded content is removed.
Upgrading
If you bought single chapters and later buy the full book, contact us. Chapters you have already bought count toward the $9 full-book price.
